Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email receipt.
As a small handmade business, some of our products are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days for us to carefully create, pack, and dispatch your order. We aim to fullfill your order much sooner.
🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
We currently only ship within Australia. As we’re just starting out, we’re focusing on local orders to keep things simple and reliable.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $9.90 AUD via Australia Post
- Free Shipping: For orders over $125 AUD
- All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking link via email once dispatched
- Please be aware the shipping estimation times are from when the order is dispatched, not from the day you place your order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch (via Australia Post):
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–9 business days
- NT may take a little longer
Combined & Made-to-Order Items
IIf your order includes made-to-order items, dispatch will wait until all pieces are complete. We always do our best to get everything to you as soon as possible, but we appreciate your patience—each item is handmade with care.
Address Changes
- Before your order ships.
- only if we haven’t started making or packing them yet. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
- Please contact us ASAP for changes.
Returns Policy
Due to the handmade and made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and we’ll be happy to help.
